Laser projectors have been gaining prominence over ordinary projectors in the last couples of years. With differently designed, these projectors allowing for a shorter throw area, and having the capability to project in a well-lit room. The latest update of laser projectors came from China.
Chinese electronics company Xiaomi and its Mijia brand have launched the Xiaomi Mijia Laser projector 4 K in the Chinese market, priced at CNY 9999 or just Rs 1 lakh in India.
As the name suggests, the projector is capable of beaming a virtual 150-inch screen projection on the projector screen. This projector is the successor to the previous Mijia Laser projector. The price and the virtual screen size is the same for both the old one and this new one but the latest product bumps up the resolution to 4 K.
Since this is a short throw projector, this can be placed near a wall or projector screen. The Xiaomi Mijia Laser projector 4 K has built-in speakers, three HDMI ports for multiple inputs, one USB port, and sockets for audio and Ethernet cables. UI of this projector is powered by the MIUI TV OS.
